Responsible and Sustainable
Sustainability and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
The carbon footprint for outbound salespeople can be extensive and while we know that face to face meetings are often critical, we place CSR into the core of our sales training.
The trend over the last six years by large organisations to bring field sales inside has been both about improving their CSR and also reducing costs to reach and retain customers.
Through our sales training programs companies can learn what bests sales model fits with both their customers, future clients and their own internal organisation.
Within our CSR Stephen McComb demonstrates his human side, with two generations of the McComb family contracting Alzheimer’s he is keen that awareness is brought to both the research and care for those suffering and the immediate families.
In 2019 Stephen lost his eleven year old niece to a rare form of Diabetes Type 1. Today we as an organisation champion the pastoral care for grieving parents along with highlighting symptoms that are often overlooked.
Stephen McComb supports the research into Alzheimer’s with his late grandfather McComb having suffered from the disease and seven years ago Stephens father being diagnosed with a progressive version of Alzheimer’s which has been slowed due to medical interventions.
Find out the five things that you should be aware of when it comes to dementia. It's not a natural part of ageing and it's not just about memory loss.
1. Dementia is not a natural part of ageing
2. Dementia is caused by diseases of the brain
3. It's not just about losing your memory
4. People can still live well with dementia
5. Alzheimer's Society is here for anyone affected by dementia
Our mission is to raise awareness of Alzheimer's and to help people recognise the early signs so that both they and their loved ones can get help at the earliest stage possible.
On the 18th February 2019 Maddy-Leigh Harbinson, Stephen McCombs eleven-year-old niece feel asleep to be with the angels. Unknown to the family Maddy-Leigh had developed a rare form of Diabetes Type 1 with her falling into a Coma the day before.
Every sales course that we conduct has a one page check list for signs to check for both Type 1 and 2 Diabetes.
Symptoms and getting diagnosed
feeling very thirsty
peeing more than usual, particularly at night
feeling very tired
losing weight without trying
thrush that keeps coming back
cuts and grazes that aren't healing
Type 1 diabetes symptoms can come on quickly, particularly in children. A quick and easy way is to have your blood glucose (sugar) level checked, this can be done both by a GP but also a kit can be purchased from leading high street pharmacies.
